Terms of Service

Last updated: April 1, 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you," "your," or "Church") and SimQTech LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), operating the LogosLink platform at logoslink.io. By accessing or using LogosLink, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

LogosLink is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform designed for churches and ministries. The platform enables users to upload sermons, generate AI-powered ministry content, create presentation slides, manage church members, send email and SMS broadcasts, and track Bible study progress.

3. Account Registration

To use LogosLink, you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Ensuring that all users within your church workspace comply with these Terms

4. Church Data Ownership

Your data belongs to you. All sermon transcripts, member information, generated content, and other data you upload or create through LogosLink remains your intellectual property. We do not claim ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit your data solely to provide the Service.

Upon termination of your account, you may request an export of your data. We will make your data available for download for 30 days following termination.

5. AI-Generated Content

LogosLink uses artificial intelligence to generate content from your sermons, including but not limited to summaries, discussion guides, social media posts, presentation slides, and graphics. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content should be reviewed for theological accuracy before use
  • We do not guarantee the doctrinal correctness of AI outputs
  • You assume responsibility for reviewing and approving all generated content before distributing it to your congregation
  • AI-generated content is owned by you once created

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use LogosLink to:

  • Upload content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights
  • Send unsolicited bulk messages (spam) through our broadcast features
  • Store or transmit malicious code or harmful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Share member contact information with third parties without proper consent
  • Submit prayer requests through any church's Prayer Wall (/pray/{slug}) that contain abusive, threatening, harassing, or unlawful content, or that impersonate another person

7. Prayer Wall

The Prayer Wall feature lets visitors submit prayer requests to a church through a public link. Churches that enable this feature agree to:

  • Use submitted prayer requests only for pastoral care purposes and not for marketing, advertising, or unrelated outreach without separate consent.
  • Treat anonymous submissions as confidential and not attempt to identify the submitter.
  • Take urgent submissions seriously. When LogosLink's AI flags a request as potentially involving self-harm or a crisis, the church is responsible for responding promptly with appropriate pastoral care and, where indicated, directing the submitter to professional crisis resources (such as the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline in the United States).
  • Honor any submitter's request to delete their own prayer entry.
  • Moderate the public wall to remove any inappropriate content.

LogosLink is a software platform, not a counseling service. The AI categorization and urgent-content detection are tools to assist pastoral care, not substitutes for professional mental-health or crisis response.

8. Payments and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through Stripe. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in these Terms. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' written notice. Free trial periods, if offered, automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.

9. SMS and Email Communications

If you use our broadcast features to send SMS or email messages to your church members, you are responsible for obtaining proper consent from recipients in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, and all applicable regulations. You agree to honor opt-out requests promptly and maintain accurate records of consent.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will provide reasonable advance notice of planned downtime when possible.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SimQTech LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or ministry opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SimQTech LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may cancel your subscription through the Billing section of your account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, with notice when reasonably possible. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, but Sections 4, 10, 11, and 14 survive termination.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
