These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you," "your," or "Church") and SimQTech LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), operating the LogosLink platform at logoslink.io. By accessing or using LogosLink, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
LogosLink is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform designed for churches and ministries. The platform enables users to upload sermons, generate AI-powered ministry content, create presentation slides, manage church members, send email and SMS broadcasts, and track Bible study progress.
To use LogosLink, you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for:
Your data belongs to you. All sermon transcripts, member information, generated content, and other data you upload or create through LogosLink remains your intellectual property. We do not claim ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit your data solely to provide the Service.
Upon termination of your account, you may request an export of your data. We will make your data available for download for 30 days following termination.
LogosLink uses artificial intelligence to generate content from your sermons, including but not limited to summaries, discussion guides, social media posts, presentation slides, and graphics. You acknowledge that:
You agree not to use LogosLink to:
The Prayer Wall feature lets visitors submit prayer requests to a church through a public link. Churches that enable this feature agree to:
LogosLink is a software platform, not a counseling service. The AI categorization and urgent-content detection are tools to assist pastoral care, not substitutes for professional mental-health or crisis response.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through Stripe. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in these Terms. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' written notice. Free trial periods, if offered, automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.
If you use our broadcast features to send SMS or email messages to your church members, you are responsible for obtaining proper consent from recipients in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, and all applicable regulations. You agree to honor opt-out requests promptly and maintain accurate records of consent.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will provide reasonable advance notice of planned downtime when possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SimQTech LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or ministry opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SimQTech LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may cancel your subscription through the Billing section of your account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, with notice when reasonably possible. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, but Sections 4, 10, 11, and 14 survive termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
